Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms cover your use of Sponto — the website and the WhatsApp service. By using Sponto, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable; if anything's unclear, email contact@sponto.eu.

The service

Sponto lets you discover events and venues near you, and lets organisers create and manage their own listings. We're a discovery platform: we don't run the events ourselves, and we can't guarantee that every detail (times, prices, availability) is accurate or up to date. Always check with the organiser before you rely on a listing.

Your account & content

If you create events, venues or pulses, you're responsible for what you post. Keep it accurate, lawful, and yours to share. Don't post anything misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or harm other users.

Acceptable use

Use Sponto as intended. Don't scrape it, abuse the WhatsApp service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for spam or anything illegal. We reserve the right to limit or block access that does.

Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe and billed on the cycle you choose (monthly or yearly). Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future periods, with notice.

No warranties

Sponto is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and useful, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are complete or correct. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from events you find through it.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as Sponto grows; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Questions or notices go to contact@sponto.eu.
